FAQ

Scope of the service

Do you inspect caravans in person?

Yes. Once the scope, location and fee of the service have been agreed, we also offer on-site inspection of the caravan.

What should I share for the assessment?

Listing links, quotes from the seller or manufacturer, any registration, roadworthiness and equipment documents, and photos. The more complete the information, the clearer the assessment.

What does the consultancy cover?

When buying, we identify options that suit your needs and budget and review listings with you. For comparisons, we set listings and quotes side by side and identify missing information. When selling, we plan the price, the listing and the steps of the sale. On-site inspection is agreed separately.

How much does it cost?

The fee is confirmed in writing once the scope has been clarified in the initial conversation. Work does not begin without your approval.

How do we communicate?

By phone, WhatsApp or email; we agree together on whichever suits you best.
